Embarrassing Parts of my Past By Ana Artz   In the past, I have felt embarrassed by the things that I used to like. Generally, though, the stuff I felt embarrassed by is things that I liked during COVID-19. During this era of my life (2019-2021), I was exploring myself and who I thought that I wanted to be, and sometimes during that journey, I made some weird/goofy choices that I often find quite embarrassing. For example, I really used to be a big TikTok person in 2020. I had just gotten my first phone back then, so I was excited to create. I ended up making my own character universe! Which I honestly still think is very, very, cool! All I can remember currently is the main character, whom I often called “Chad”. The embarrassing part, though, is when I opted to dress up as the characters to produce TikToks. A Journal, A Giraffe, and some Airpods

What objects tell the story of your life? (A Journal, A Giraffe, and some Airpods) By Ana Artz I consider 3 main objects to be the tellers of the story of my life. Number one being my journal. When I was about 10 years old, in 2018, my brother gifted me a pretty journal for Christmas. It was blue and glossy, forming a marble-like pattern. However, I didn’t even consider writing in it until 2 years later. Opting to start a dream journal on December 31st, 2020. At first, it mainly stayed documenting dreams, and slowly but surely, it transformed into what it is today. A journal documenting large and small life achievements, an outlet to draw whenever I feel pent up, and of course, a fun place to write little stories. This journal documents my evolution, showing how I not only evolved physically while growing up, but mentally as well. The second object is a tiny, stuffed pink giraffe named “Pinkie”. ...
